Not only did the host, Silvano, assist me in finding my misplaced car keys promptly, but the heating in the room was perfectly adequate, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay even in the chilly February weather. the air conditioning provided a welcome respite during the warmer afternoons, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities added a touch of homeliness to my mornings. the highlight for me was the expansive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the castle and equipped with comfortable garden furniture where I could unwind and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. the presence of a dining table allowed for al fresco meals, creating a charming ambiance. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, emphasizing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. To top it off, the proximity to excellent dining options like Trattoria l'Angolo da Cesare e Mara and Gelateria Artigianale Why Not? Made dining out a convenient and delightful experience. Suite La Fortezza truly stands out as a gem in Montalcino, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay in the heart of Tuscany.
